We keep delivery information straightforward so you know what to expect before ordering.

Order processing

Standard printed apparel usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare before the package ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and processing may take longer during busy periods or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery estimates

Shipping speed depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. Available options and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays, weather, failed delivery attempts, customs, and service disruptions can occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once processing or shipping has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed delivery

If your estimated delivery date has passed, allow up to 3 additional business days for unexpected carrier delays. If the package still has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

We want you to receive the correct item in good condition. Please review the product description, color, and size information before placing your order.

Size, color, and change-of-mind returns

Our apparel is produced for each order, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind. This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the problem. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund when the claim is approved. You do not need to send the affected item back unless we specifically ask you to.

Lost packages

If tracking has not shown delivery and the estimated delivery date has passed, contact us. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be resent.

Follow the care label on your garment. Wash printed clothing inside out with similar colors, and avoid ironing directly over the print. Contact us if you need product-specific care advice.
