Order processing

Standard printed apparel usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare before the package ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the available shipping method. The final shipping price is displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Shipping speed depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. Available options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, failed delivery attempts, and other service disruptions may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your estimated delivery date has passed, allow up to 3 additional business days for unexpected carrier delays.
